Check in

To check-in, receive keys and pay for the stay, guests are requested to go to the agency by Camden Town Station. If this is of inconvenience to you, we can arrange Meet & Greet service where member of our our team will meet you at the apartment subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

Luggage can be left at the office in case of early arrival or unsuitable check out times.
Check in time is 15:00-20:00, to check-in after 20:00 is available upon prior request for an extra cost.
Check-out is 10:00, late check-out (until 13:00) is possible for an additional fee.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.

Additional information

We do not accommodate hen, stag or other parties or celebrations.

Properties are located in residential areas and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
